So last year, i had a very huge conflict with my family because my sister was a very bad drug user so i did not let her anywhere near my home or my children and she did have a bond with my daughter way before we found out about her drug use. So I immediately let her know she was not aloud anywhere near my children. After doing this, she called CPS out of spite and made false allegations towards me and my husband. The dhs worker let me know that it will not be on my record after everything was ruled out and it was ruled out after about 3 weeks. So my question is, I just finished my CNA classes and now looking for employment but here in Minnesota you are required to do a full background check and fingerprinting. I wanted to know will this be on my record or will it disqualify me from ever getting a job as a CNA or vulnerable adults? I just finished my fingerprints and background yesterday so I’m hoping everything goes well
