My husband and I both like the name Luna (bonus for me because I’m a Harry Potter fanatic), but I’ve been seeing it a lot as people’s pets names. Now I’m torn, help!

I love the name Luna but one of my besties used it for her cat 😂 so it’s our for me but it’s a beautiful name! And Luna is an absolutely gorgeous character in HP

I mean my name is Callie and I know so many people who have that as a pets name. 
I like Luna. It’s my sisters cats name and my best-friends dog name😂 BUT it’s super cute and I love Harry Potter also so go for it!

In my toddlers class there’s a little girl named Luna! I personally think it’s super cute, and we call her lunie (loo-knee) for a nickname!🥰

I have a cat named Luna and one named Minerva (I’m a HUGE Harry Potter fan). That being said, if you like the name use it. When I got my Luna cat, I didn’t have kids, so I used a name I loved. Just because people use it as a pets name doesn’t mean you can’t use it for your daughter. There are animals named Daisy, Roxie, Zoe, Max, Nikki, and Sophie (and that’s just in my immediate family!) doesn’t mean they don’t make beautiful baby names too.
