Faint line? Please help!

So I’ve been trying for over 4 months to get pregnant & it just hasn’t seemed to work in my favor.. I started to think I was feeling pregnancy symptoms the last few days, so I decided to take a pregnancy test in excitement last night.. the negative line came up FAST, but then after about 3-5 minutes I noticed a faint line for positive. I wasn’t sure if it could possibly be positive, or if I might just be trippin a bit because I want it so bad! Please help!
