Is anyone else’s 3 1/2 year old not sleeping well and you have advice on things that worked. My son isn’t wanting to go to bed. He does bedtime routine no problem but then when I go to leave the room he screams. He says things like I am not tired or I don’t want to sleep alone. So then one of us has to lay in bed with him until he falls asleep which can sometimes take forever which doesn’t work when my 3 month old needs me too. Then this will happen again in the middle or the night sometimes or early mornings 🤦🏻‍♀️. Help I need sleep.
