High BP?

I just found out I'm pregnant with twins 3 days ago (6wks) My BP was high at my appointment and I've checked it a few times today and it was high. Anyone else have concerns about BP? What should I do?

You should definitely reach out to your OB about your BP. I have been on baby aspirin through my pregnancy as well to help avoid high bp

I didnt have high BP, but my SIL did. She developed preclampsia and had her daughter at 35 weeks. You may experience things like swelling and will have to be conscious about your diet/exercise

I’ve been running slightly high since I had my daughter she is now 9 months I am now 9 weeks pregnant with twins and have been taking 2 baby aspirin a day since my first on appointment

My OB put me on a preventative baby aspirin regimen for blood pressure. 81 mg a day. Preeclampsia is a real risk in twin pregnancies. I would speak to your OB further on the matter.
