My 4 year old daughter had 4 of these this month. 
One after the other on different places around the mouth. 
I will make an appointment for this soon. 
Worry momma here. If someone can help me out. Nobody has or had kissed her in the mouth.

Cold sore and I think they can be spread by sharing drinks, utensils, chapstick etc.

Looks like cold sores to me there are over the counter medicines that will help it heal quicker

Definitely a cold sore, I have had them since I was a baby. Unfortunately when little ones get them it can be hard to manage as they will be prone to touching or itching them. Try Abreva and Campho Phenique Cold Sore treatment (those two work for me). Try to just tell her not to touch or itch it. Sometimes a cold compress can help with the swelling but keep her away from others drinks and utensils. Good luck!

Cold sore. I've gotten them my entire life. Abreva works the best for me. I usually get them if I'm stressed out, since that reduces my immune system. I get them on twos or threes, as well. One will heal then I'll get another.

That's definitely a cold sore. Does she go to school or preschool or at anyone's house? If someone might have.  If not, does she drink raw milk or animal milk of any kind? Because that can definitely be caused by milk. My SO's daughter got a strain of herpes from milk when she was 5. She's 32 now.

Cold sore I got them a lot in middle school usually it’s just one but when I bit it it looked like this. You can go to the doc or go to a cvs or Walgreens they sell coldsore medicine. Not fun!
