Baby’s nose

So I am probably just overthinking this but I’m nervous. I’m currently 23 weeks, I had my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I feel like a see an indentation on her nose. During my appointment they said they weren’t allowed to say if anything was wrong, and that my doctor would go over my scans at my next appointment. It’s still not for another week or so but this is my first baby and I’m just nervous and I don’t really know what I’m looking at. Please share your thoughts or knowledge with me.
