Will he get made fun of?

Question

I have girls names but hubby and I are trying to pick some boys names too (not find out gender). Last night he came up with Wade Thomas Wilson. 
I like it too, but wonder if kids would make fun of him having the same name as Deadpool. 😆 Hubby says kids will be jealous. Thoughts?

I doubt anyone would even make that connection unless they are familiar with Deadpool. I say go for it if it’s a name you both actually like :)

I don’t think anyone is going to know what that is as a kid, and by the time they are older everyone will have forgotten it. Go for it!

Heck no the kid wouldn’t be made fun of, he would be worshipped. Deadpool is amazing. lol chances are nobody would make the association until he’s older, like maybe high school. But I honestly do not think he would be made fun of. If I wasn’t settled on a name and my last name was Wilson, I would totally use it. 😂

I definitely think he'll get people referencing it. But I don't think he'll be made fun of for it. Most people think deadpool is pretty awesome. It just depends on whether or not you're okay with the references
