I’m struggling

So I’m 17, 5’3.5 and weigh 160lbs. It’s mostly in my thighs and my stomach. I’ve been doing small ab workouts and inner thigh workouts but it’s so hard. Drinking lots of water and eating smaller portions. I’ve lost about a pound in two weeks and I’m losing motivation. I can’t do the workouts all the way through without taking a couple breaks. Sometimes I can’t even do the whole thing.

Working out a little bit is better than nothing right?

I need some tips on how to do better, maybe some better workouts
