Nipples after breast feeding..

So I extended breast feeding with my son until he was 4. (Don't hate I let him choose when he didnt need it anymore) And I finally noticed after 5 and half years (1 year and half of not breast feeding) my nipples are finally starting to get smaller. Did this happen to anyone else? And how long did it take for your nipples to get smaller?
