New video baby monitor?

Currently have a summer infant panoramic video monitor but after 2 years of daily use the monitor dies within ten minutes of being unplugged. Looking for something that will last and can be unplugged to watch when my daughter comes so we aren’t tethered to the plug. No interest in WIFI ones, I’ve heard too much about hacking them. And trying not to break the bank. Hoping to get a deal on Black Friday or cyber Monday if possible. Help? Suggestions? Thanks!
