Help!

Okay so I'm on the pill & my period normally comes today, I have been having unprotected sex but he always pulls out. For the last couple of months my period has always come today at lunch time; before it normally I get huge cramps & so cranky, but I feel fine & it's 4.30, is it worth worrying or should I just relax
