What could this be?

Looks like a hemangioma. Totally benign. My son has a spot like that on his back

I have red bumps in my hair and face and my arm, it doesnt hurt or feel weird. I tried popping and they just plain wont. Idk if its the same thing, i never got checked out for it, idk what it is. Hopefully this could help? If its a concern then try the doctors

From the photos it just looks like infant acne to me. Usually that goes away after a week nor so though.
