Has anyone tried taking cara babies?

Has anyone did this program and had success? Our LO is 14 months and I am seriously considering it. I don't want to do a CIO method or anything like that, so has anyone tried this specific program?

I love it! Honestly, I’m still in the newborn program as my son is 10 weeks. I’ve had it for a week and he’s sleeping 6.5 hours a night. I’ve never taken the ABCs of sleep, which is the last expensive one, but if I need it I wouldn’t hesitate because this one has been successful. Just like any program you need to follow it. I literally printed out all handouts and went over them with my husband so he was on board too!

I have used Caras tips, strategies and classes since my little guy was born.  He’s 8 months now and has been sleeping 11-12 uninterrupted hours a night since 5 months (was sleeping 12 hours with 1 feed at 4 am prior to from 3 months to 5 months). I recommend her to all of my mom friends, however, her 5-24 month class is a version of Ferber/CIO so if you’re not comfortable with that then her course probably isn’t the one for you.
