Major Mom Guilt

So LO had an appointment today for the second half if his flu shot. We'd had a really rough night last night with fussing and coughing. He's had a persistent cough for a few weeks and his pediatrician prescribed zyrtec. We get ready for his shot and he was running a 100.7 fever. I checked him this morning and it was 98.8 so I was surprised. Well...he has RSV. And the flu. And a double ear infection. He is being so sweet even though I know he has got to feel rotten. Doc thinks we caught it fairly early but I'm really struggling with (probably inappropriate) guilt about it all, not just him being sick but that I have to work and my sweet hubby has to spend his week off which is the first break his district has gotten all school year taking care of him. And his birthday is on Thanksgiving Day and he's already struggling with turning 30. My mom is coming to help but ugh! It's times like these I wish I could be a SAHM.
