I have been recently struggling with ingrown hairs on dry legs/strawberry legs. I was wondering if anyone has any tips for getting rid of the ingrown hairs? My strawberry legs have been kind of upsetting for me so it would be great if I could find a rather permanent solution!

Also, I have the bad habit of scratching at the bumps with my nails so it caused scarring. I was also wondering how to get rid of the scars? Does vitamin E help?
