I’m 33 weeks exactly today. Baby has been measuring 1-3 weeks small the entire pregnancy. I went in for a growth scan the other day and she’s only measuring in the 6th percentile (her tummy being way too small.) Our doctor advised us any babies under the 10th percentile has a higher risk of still born so they want me to come in every week now to be monitored. He also said this is another marker for Down syndrome and that 30% of babies look structurally normal in ultrasounds but are delivered with DS. She had a bright spot on her heart at 18-24 weeks but it looks like that could be gone now. With this being our 2nd marker for DS he highly suggested we do the genetic testing, we will get those results back in a week. Has anyone experienced any of this? What was your outcome?
