We use Pampers Pure at night. They hold lots of pee!  We only change if he’s dirty.

I put yes every time they wake but it’s only when I need to nurse again. If my LO wakes and I can get her settled without a feed then I won’t disrupt her and change. If I smell poop then I definitely change no matter what.

Only if he's poopy, or very awake and a very full wet diaper. He usually falls asleep right away after a clean diaper when it was super full before lol.
