Back to work but thinking of leaving...

Any other moms go back to work and then decide to leave?

I had an extended period of MAT leave was gone for 5 months. I am a recruiters in the fashion industry and it is demanding to say the least. Daycare is 600$ a week. I decided I would pay for it out of my paychecks since my husband takes care of everything else. He makes almost double what I do.

It financially is not making sense and to be honest I miss being home with my little guy. Just wondering if any other moms went back and decided it wasn’t right? I am having guilt in so many different directions. I’ve come along way in my career but family is most important and I am able to stay home if I wanted to.
