My daughter is telling me her father is hurting her. I have nanny cams coming in today but I was wondering if I have enough photo evidence of abuse that I can get him charged NOW. instead of leaving my daughter in his care one more time knowing she’s going to be hurt. Is this enough evidence?? Will he be charged with child abuse or do I need to get the camera set up and catch it on video? 😭

I also have photos of a bloody lip, A bruise on her Butt cheek, a huge scratch across her buttcheek, a bruise on her face below her eye. They ALL happen when I leave her alone with her father. I was with her for a week straight and she had 1 scratch or bruise the whole week. I leave him with her for 9 hours to go to work and I come back and she has a bruise on her face, a bloody lip, bruises on her legs and one on her buttcheek. I need to protect my daughter but I have to get him CHARGED the first time so she never has to go back...😭
