Just wash them with what you use and don’t change the detergent as their body is super sensitive. There’s no real need for sensitive wash unless your child has a reaction, which isn’t common so.
No need to iron. Your kid ain’t going to a job interview haha.

I’m originally from Europe and most of people I know and hear from iron the baby clothes. At the same time, I live in US now and I haven’t heard about people doing so (the poll just confirmed my observation). And babies are okay too :) anyways, I just washed and ironed all the newborn and 0-3 month clothes. I’ll think if I want to do it for bigger sizes too :) for now, they are packed in sealed bags waiting for March :)
