Advice please 😭

I had my 3rd Mc yesterday. Last week my doctor said if this is my 3rd Mc then they will run tests and see what’s causing it. Well I informed them yesterday and they told me their cancelling my ultrasound visit and they didn’t set me one for the tests or anything. Do I wait till they call me for tests or sooner or later or do I call them? Next week or next month?
