So this is a little tmi, but I'm 4 weeks with my 3rd baby, just found out a few days ago, so I'm still super early. I'm having lots of cramps which I had with my other pregnancies, but I'm also having these spasms type pain in my butt and vagina. Sorry, gross. 😖 anyway, I don't really remember them happening this early, I think I did have them later on, but not at this point. Anyone else have these type of pains at only 4 weeks pregnant? I'm just a little freaked out because when I looked it up it said that can be a symptom of ectopic pregnancy. 🙁
