Sweet baby girl blanket

One of my friends just announced her pregnancy a few weeks ago with the sad news the baby might not make it all the way to birth and has a genetic disorder. So I whipped this up to give to her. She loved it! Regardless if her daughter survives, she is loved and wanted and will be remembered. ❤

It was a nice break from working on the blanket for my rainbow baby due in late March/ early April. Also so much fun to make things for others.
