Bloody show & labor?

How soon after bloody show did you go into labor, or is it expected for labor? I’m 39 weeks today, I was losing mucous plug all day yesterday and have been having bloody show all morning. I had a membrane sweep on Tuesday at 38+5. I was induced with my first at 41+1 so I never experienced any of this with my son.

I am 39 weeks today and had my bloody show at 2am. Around 5am started to leak amniotic fluid. Went to hospital at 2pm. Water broke the rest of the way and currently waiting for contractions to start. Good luck...hope it’s soon for you!

I had my bloody show and about a half hour to an hour later my water broke and kept leaking. My contractions started on my way to the hospital after calling to see if I should go in.

I went into labor right after my bloody show. The contractions came on then my water started leaking. 4hrs later my son was born.

Last time I lost it in the morning and went into labour that night. Lost it today but nothing has happened so far! Anxiously rolling around on my ball lol

For my first I didn’t notice loosing my plug but after I had my bloody show contractions / labour started within 30 mins. 
My bloody show WAS NOT pink/brown discharge. It was bright red. IMO the 2 are different.

I’m 40 weeks tomorrow with my second kiddo. With my first I never lost my plug until labour, I was induced and had her 41+5. This time I lost my plug after a sweep at 38+4 but no luck on anything happening yet. 😕

I’m running a fever and have the chills and. And my body is aching. Other than that I’ve been having sporadic cramps and pains, nothing too bad and no water breaking.
