....unusual yeast infection?

I, sadly, consider myself a pro at yeast infections. One of the main reasons I went off my hbc! Anyway.... after a long sexual session Saturday night, I work up feeling off down there. By nighttime I decided to take an old diflucan pill I had left. Now 4 days later when I check my cervix (ttc), there is tons of thick white cottage cheese discharge that I am just scooping out. It’s white and spongy too- literally like yeast. But absolutely no itch. Or smell. Is this a yeast infection? Should I give the diflucan a few more days to work before heading to the doctor? This may be a dumb question, but, if it’s healing, the yeast has to “come out” like discharge anyway, right?
