Horrible heartburn! Need suggestions!
Looking for recommendations of what to do for heartburn before I ask my doctor to possibly prescribe me a PPI. I take Pepcid twice a day and supplement with tums as needed but I’m still suffering. Water seems to make it worse for me, so I’m also stumped on what to drink to help alleviate it. Open to any and all suggestions that you’ve had success with!
