Sharp pain - 8 weeks

Hey all, I have been having some issues, usually when I’m going to stand up, of sharp pains happening in my sides. I didn’t experience this with my first.

When I go to stand up a lot of times I get this sharp pain like I’m being stabbed on either the left or right side of my pelvic region. My most recent one stopped me in my tracks and took a second to subside

Is this really just round ligament pain? Or should I be worried?

There is no bleeding
