My friend makes my boyfriend uncomfortable

We are 30, my friend is in her 60’s and very sassy wild free spirited with a kind heart. She’s very touchy-feely with everyone and we all know that’s so her. However my boyfriend who just met her felt uncomfortable, like he barely knows her and didn’t know it was part of how she is. He didn’t say anything and just kept going and laughing. Should I say something to my friend? He’s very sensitive and Wouldn’t want to make her feel uncomfortable but I know she can take it and won’t be offended or anything. Advice?
