Iāve posted before about my weight lose. At the beginning of May i was 258. I officially weigh 195!! 63 pounds gone! And I figured Iād put a picture from last yearās thanksgiving to this years! Iām very proud of myself and feel more confident!ā¤ļø
How I lost the weight: I drank water everyday (no soda!) I ate ALOT less then usual. And worked out everyday to beachbody p90x!
