Today was 100!!
Huge accomplishment for me! Consistency is so hard for me.
I started a beachbody program 100 days ago. It’s 100 days of showing up.
You guys I did it!
I have gained 3 lbs. Lost 0.7 inches from my waist and 0.25 from my hips; gained everywhere else.
I didn’t start from out of shape; I used to run but always would quit after awhile or not have time... so I decided to go this route.
My posture is so much better (thank you core muscles)
Now from day 20 to day 100 are these ones
I’m just really happy I consistently showed up for myself and did it!
Now tomorrow I’m taking a day off and then restarting the program! I may not have big results but I’m feeling better; happier (mostly), and able to do higher weights.
Next time around I may focus a little more on nutrition (not losing but just healthier overall) but my next goal is 365 days of consistency!
