Should I go in to labor and delivery

So I’m 29 weeks pregnant now and I’ve been getting these horrible cramps it’s happened about 5 times today it hurts and I half to run to the bathroom and I’ve went number 2 about 6 to 7 times already today and still feel bad. The main problem I’m hurting so bad right now, is there’s pretty pain coming from my lower pelvic area and my rectum it’s so much pressure/pain I almost cry just moving or sitting upwards. I tested positive for ffn about 18 days ago so I’ve been going in a lot getting checked last time I went in I was 50 percent effaced but when they took the wand ultrasound to measure the lady said I’m at a good 4.5 but the 4 midwifes that checked me said I’m at least 50 percent effaced!
