Uhhh what is this...

I’m 29 weeks pregnant cramping and not feeling the best I’m in the shower about to call mid wife(I’m at risk of preterm labor) but before I got in I went to the bathroom . (Number 2) then peed and this came out I felt it down there it was kinda odd. But I have no clue what the heck it is. Ps I’m sorry for the Gross pic 😳
