25 week side pains

Hi I'm 25 weeks and have been having side pains all night to the point where they sort of wake me up a bit in my sleep. I can still feel baby moving but I'm just concerned is this round ligament pain? Or possible constipation pain? TMI but I havent been in 3 days and I've taken a laxitive so hoping for some relief soon but I'm just so worried, the pain also goes a little higher than the picture.. thanks!
