I need to lose this weight!!!
I've been under a huge amount of stress lately and have gained weight by eating aimlessly and because of boredom. Well that stops today. My plan is I'm going to incorporate intermittent fasting and moving more throughout the day.
My current weight is 223.
Halfway goal: 212.
My goal weight is 198.
So far I have 25 pounds to lose. It doesn't seem like a huge number to most but for someone who gives up easily, this will be extremely hard for me. But I need to do this!! I'm so sick of feeling unhappy.
