Yeast infection

So last week I had BV and was treated with antibiotics because I was SO itchy. (I’ve gotten BV every time I’ve been pregnant) Now this weekend I came down with a yeast infection (assuming from the antibiotics) Grrrr!! I googled a lot and Monistat over the counter 7 day treatment is recommended for yeast infections while pregnant. So I went and got some because it’s the weekend and my hoo ha was SO swollen I just needed something. But I was curious if anyone else had any advice on this? I never got yeast infections during my last pregnancies. But I know they are fairly common in pregnancy.
