So long story short my family lives 3 hours away. Since before I was born we have had our very large family’s dinner on Christmas Day with my grandmother and 55 of my aunts, uncles, and cousins.. This year my husband is wanting to come back on Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> so that we can be home with our son. I am just incredibly torn because Christmas is the one day of the entire year I get to see most of my family and I have NEVER missed this dinner. I of course wanna be able to make our own family traditions, but does that mean I am never going to get to go to my grandmothers for Christmas? I have cried my eyes out several times thinking that we are going to miss this and miss Christmas morning at my moms house with my sisters (we’ve always opened gifts on Christmas morning).

I just don’t know what to do. How do you balance Christmas?
