When should I make an appointment with doctor

I was supposed to get my period Thursday November 28th. It didn't come, the Wednesday the 27th I took a pregnancy test & it was negative. Took one last night because it still hasn't come but it is negative. I don't know how long I should wait to go to the doctors... The last time I got pregnant I waited until 42 days since my last period to test, as my cycles are 33 days apart. P.s we are trying for baby #2.
