NEED GUIDENCE! 😪

My last period was October 27-30. Me and my fiancé had sex (unprotected) on the 7-9 of November. We are to the point it happens it happens. We had a miscarriage in July of 2018. I took a test and it looked negative to me but I’m still currently late. Is this gunna be our Rainbow in time for Christmas? (BTW the test was taken November 25th) Anyone going through the same thing as me?
