Not Dilated

So I’m 37weeks & 5 days. I just left the doctor and still no dilation and cervix is still hard and closed! My children don’t like to come out apparently because my previous pregnancy was with twins and I carried till 38 weeks. Only because I scheduled my C-Section. Didn’t dilate with them either. Doctor said I probably could have went to 40 with them. Luckily I only have 9 days till my repeat C-Section. This little girl is coming whether she wants to or not!
