Would this work?
I’ve been EBF my 3 mo old on demand, and up until now it would be 3 hrs on the dot that she’d want to eat. Now with this latest growth spurt I’m feeding more like every 2 - 2.5 hrs and it seems like she’s wanting more out of the breast but they are “running out” of milk. (Although I know they never really run out.) She cluster fed for a few days and now this 2 hr thing has been going on for about 2 weeks.
So my question for the experienced BF mamas is - if I pump after each feeding would that stimulate my supply so that she could drink more at each feeding and possibly get back to eating more every 3 hrs instead of 2? Or is that not how it works? I will continue to drink lots of water, etc. to keep my supply up in general.
