Patches of dry skin

I sent a pic to his pediatrician too but wondering if anyone knows what these patches of dry skin are? This is the biggest one on his belly but he has other little patches of dry skin on his arms and legs (maybe 6 little dry spots in total). Is it eczema? Cradle cap on the body (he has it on his head)? Or just dry skin?
