Ovulation after miscarriage?

Hello,
On Tuesday, November 19 at 11 weeks, I woke up with spotting. We later found out our baby’s heart stopped beating. The following day, I started heavy bleeding and miscarried naturally. Today, 12 days after my miscarriage started I saw EWCM, took an ovulation test (pic attached) and it looks like it’s almost positive. Could it be that I am ovulating?

Okay, technically, yes, you could be ovulating already. You can as early as 2 weeks after the miscarriage. For me, I was still getting positive opks at that time because I was getting positive pregnancy tests. Or maybe my body was just trying to gear up. I don't think I ovulated then because a couple weeks later, I got a more normal lh increase. Here is mine from 13 days after my miscarriage.
