Tape worm?

My almost 7 week old took 4oz in a bottle (formula) at 11pm. When he was done he nursed for 15mins. He burped and slept for 30 mins waking up screaming and crying showing signs of hunger. He nursed again at 12:15am for 20 minutes slept for 1 minute and attempted to nurse longer. Does he have a tapeworm? I thought 4oz was enough for this age? He’s been doing this (bottle drinking 4oz breast milk or formula) then nursing again for upwards of 30 minutes since I introduced a bottle to him at 3 weeks. He’s not even a bigger sized baby.
