Is your baby still having hiccups?

Almost 37 weeks and baby still gets hiccups a couple times a day.  They’re not increasing in frequency or intensity, but I’m starting to get concerned for cord problems... anyone else’s baby still having regular hiccups?  Or anyone with a previous baby that had hiccups until the end?

Almost 37 weeks as well. Baby still gets the hiccups 3-5 times a day. All my nurses/ob/ultrasound tech have said that’s a good thing & baby has shown up as healthy on ultrasounds/monitors.

I’ve been told by my midwife it’s good that it’s getting more due to baby practicing yo breathe x

It’s totally a good thing. Means your baby is healthy and practicing swallowing amniotic fluid. My daughter is 6 days old now and she had hiccups multiple times a day until the day she was born! (Technically she still gets them now but ya know, outside the womb 😉) hiccups mean healthy baby so don’t stress!
