Breast Issues

My LO is 3 months old as of this past friday and I feel like my BF journey hasnt been very enjoyable. I'm just looking for support/advice.

We've battled with cracked nipples that are finally just healing. Intermittent redness in left breast and eventually got mastitis as 6 weeks that was successfully treated with antibiotics. Fast forward to last week, we both were exhausted and both slept almost 8 hrs. I woke up with red streaks. With it being the holiday, I called the dr who prescribed antibiotics in case. I watched and waited. Redness dissipated and no fever ever showed up. She was very rough yesterday with my nipple and today the side of my boob is red again. No other symptoms at this time except for random mild pain.

Has anyone had experience with just very sensitive breast tissue and getting red randomly? I dont want to take the antibiotics "just because". I have no other symptoms but I dont know how to fix this. When she is latched on bad, I pop her off and readjust. I cant stop her from clamping on and I do have to sometimes flip her top lip out.

Help.
