Post C Section recovery

Long story short I ended up with a c section to deliver my little guy on Nov 19th (1 week past due). Hospital was incredible with recovery and I was feeling great once we were released. This past week I’ve been getting a low grade fever (99.5ish so yes I know not technically a fever.) twice a day with chills, hot flashes, and arm/leg pains. Kind of flu like. Went to my dr for my two week appt and my dr said the incision looks fantastic and is healing really well. She also checked multiple other means for infection and determined I was in great health, could be hormonal. Yet I sit here at home for an hour and feel miserable. Anyone have similar symptoms?
