I’m so embarrassed 😭

I’m a frequent flyer here so I’m gonna go anon because I am so embarrassed... so I just had my 3rd child almost 3 weeks ago. Well with my first two I didn’t have an issue coughing or sneezing without peeing; well for me it has gotten way worse. EVERY TIME I COUGH I PEE!! Last night around 12am i was getting my sons bottle ready, and while I let it beat up I pee, let my dog out etc.

After I was done I went to grab it and had the sudden urge to cough and when I did I pissed all over myself and my kitchen floor! I ran to my bathroom to take off my underwear and clean the floor before my SO seen. I was so upset I wanted to cry so damn bad but I just let it go and went to my room.

I guess I didn’t learn my lesson because today I forgot to put a pad on, and while out with my SO and kids at their favorite place I coughed and peed all over myself again even though I crossed my legs😭. I remember making fun of my mom while she was pregnant with my sister and even after for needing to cross her legs to stop herself from peeing and feeling lucky cause I didn’t need to with my first two and now karma is slapping me in the face hard!!

I know about kegals and things like that I’m just venting and looking for others that are on the same bot as me so I’m not really looking for advice!
