Lactation problem

My LO is 3m.. ive been EP since she was born. Last week I came on my period which decreased my supply... while on my period I went from pumping 6x a day to once a day. This week, I haven’t pumped in 3 days... my boobs aren’t full & painful due to my period.

I have a freezer stash that will last me abt 2 weeks. I don’t want to stop breast milk feeding, but my ducts are shutting down.

My question is, is there a way to Re-lactate to produce breast milk???
