Very confused

So I’ve been having transvaginal ultrasounds for the past 4 weeks. One a week. First time was just a gestational sac. Second and third time was a gestational sac and yolk. The 3rd time they said the next appointment would tell if it was a viable pregnancy or not. Just got out of my 4th ultrasound appointment and there is still a yolk sac and there is something next to the yolk sac. It almost looks like a second yolk sac? Which the doctor said he’s never heard of. We could see a flickering sometimes and he measured it and it came out to about 120...but he doesn’t know if was my heart rate or a baby? But I should be 8 weeks 5 days and he said we should definitely see more than what we’re seeing. But he said at this point he’s not optimistic but he can’t rule out that it’s not viable. I have to go back next week again. I’m just super confused. I have no clue what’s going on. I also have a subchroinic hemorrhage which he said could be playing a factor. I’m just lost. Has anyone dealt with anything like this?
